Development of the Aqlick project
Aqlick Digital Solutions is a technology consultancy and partner specialized in Zendesk for SMEs in the EMEA region. Its purpose is to design, implement and optimize advanced Customer Experience (CX) solutions, transforming complex support flows into agile, efficient and human communication channels. For a digitally native brand that operates under the standards of software giants like Zendesk, the visual identity had to immediately project three pillars: technical precision, corporate scalability and agility (a concept implicit in its own name).
For this case study, our participation focused exclusively on the development of its Comprehensive Branding. We lead the conceptualization and art direction phase to create a clean, symmetrical and highly readable logo, optimized for digital environments and interfaces. Subsequently, we structured your corporate identity manual, defining a normative visual system that ranges from a high-fidelity technological color palette to fonts and secondary graphic resources. The result is a mature brand universe that provides Aqlick with the visual authority necessary to compete in the international corporate market and connect with decision makers in growing companies.
